Shipping & Returns

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders over $30 and international orders over $50.

Applicable on USPS First Class shipping for U.S. orders only.

For International shipments, shipping costs depend on where you live.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide. Some additional international taxes and duties may be charged by Customs.

Customs duties and fees are the responsibility of the recipient. International shipments are subject to duties and fees that vary by country and are based on the value of your order. The amount calculated depends on the destination country's tax and valuation method.

When will my order ship?

Once we receive your order, we start working on it right away! Please note that we do not ship on weekends and the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day.

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes! After you place an order, you'll receive an email confirmation with your order number. Your tracking number will be sent to you via a separate email once your order is ready to leave. Please allow at least 12 hours for the tracking information to update before reviewing your shipment status.

Lost package?

For issues with delivery or tracking, the easiest and fastest way to get a resolution is to reach out directly to the shipping company. Sometimes carriers will prematurely mark shipments as “delivered”, or need additional information from you to complete the delivery.

If you’re unable to resolve the issue with the shipping company, email and we’ll get to the bottom of it!

International Shipping Rates

USPS - Calculated rate or FREE on orders over $50 - 6-11 business days


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


All products purchased through have a 1 year limited warranty against defects in material and workmanship. Please note that this does not cover general wear-and-tear.


Manufacturing errors are rare, but if you receive a defective product, please send an email to as soon as possible, including your original order number, a brief description of the issue and a couple of clear images.


For international warranty claims: We’re happy to ship replacements for defective products, but we are unable to reimburse for additional duties and fees that may be charged by Customs as a result. For warranty claims on product purchased outside of We’re always happy to answer questions related to our products, but we are unable to process any returns, credits, or replacements for product purchased outside of
